Our Commercial Space was founded by Maurice Stewart Commercial Broker with Apex Commercial Realty Inc. based in Florida USA.
The motivation for creating this was simply to find a way to harness all the information that is available with regards to properties for sale and match them with buyers looking to invest in:
- Shopping Centers
- Hotels
- Class A office Buildings
- Nursing Homes
- Land
What Our Commercial Space does is to allow all realtors all over the world the opportunity to use their contacts in an effort to locate choice commercial properties for buyers looking to invest as much as $500 million dollars. Using the necessary documentation, all parties are protected as different realtors enter into joint ventures, referral, and co-broking arrangements.
Skilful lenders are also encouraged to get involved and provide financing for some of these deals which run into the millions of dollars and for which a point in commission represents a worthwhile investment in time.
All deals that pass through this site are vetted by us for a fee which varies based on the transaction, and while we offer support and help in making the deals materialize.
